My passion for therapy began early. Growing up in a family facing mental health challenges, I experienced firsthand how trauma and anxiety can shape the way we move through the world. Through my own healing journey, I gained not only resilience - but insight.
Today, I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I believe therapy is a space where you should feel respected, understood, and supported - never judged. Every treatment plan I create is tailored to your unique needs, experienes, and goals.
